SEREMBAN: Four new suspected Covid-19 cases have been reported here, with the patients warded at isolation wards at Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital.

It is learnt that one of the infected individuals had recently returned from Vietnam and the other from Iran.

Both did not show any symptoms upon their return, but eventually fell ill.

Each had also apparently infected one family member.

State health, environment, cooperatives and consumerism committee chairman S. Veerapan is expected to issue a statement over the matter on Thursday (March 12).
