Kota Kinabalu: Companies in Sabah are reeling under extreme pressure and will crumble if forced to continue paying salary to workers at home despite no revenue income, now that the Movement Control Order 31 (MCO) has been extended till April 14.

Sabah Employers Association (SEA) said President, Yap Cheen Boon, said paying workers from March 18, the start of the MCO till end March as originally scheduled was already stretching the financial limits of most dormant small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the State.
